We are only 200 yards from the beach and within walking distance of Mablethorpe town centre. There are a number of nearby attractive market towns like Alford which still has its windmill, Louth which boasts three market days a week and Horncastle if you fancy a lazy day looking for antiques.

Nearby is the Saltfleetby and Theddlethorpe Dunes Nature Reserve and very close by is the Seal Sanctuary and Animal Gardens
