Mablethorpe College is a non-profit organisation that offers education and training tailored to the needs of the local area. Some of our learners want to improve their job prospects or access higher education, others just want to learn for fun and to meet people with similar interests. We also offer more tailored support for job seekers and those who have experienced mental health problems.
Programmes for 16 to 18 Year Olds
Do you need to gain more qualifications so you can go to college, get and apprenticeship or job? The FLARE programme can help you gain level one qualifications and Bridge 2-2 is for students working towards level 2 qualifications. Both programmes are tailored to your needs and we will help you gain the confidence and skills you need to enter the world of work.
You can be referred by your parents, school, careers advisor, support worker or you can get in touch yourself by visiting the centre or giving us a call.

We offer a range of courses to help you gain new qualifications to increase your employability or unlock your potential to access to college or university.
Community Learning and Personal Development
Keep your mind active by learning new things and socialising with people of similar interests. Our ever changing selection of courses cover subjects as diverse as Digital Photography, Sewing, Starting Your Own Craft Business, Understanding Depression and much more.

Some courses have free introductions and all are affordable even for people on fixed incomes - fees are reduced for people in receipt of certain benefits and there is even a system to help you with the cost of childcare.
